We worked in conjunction with Keele University to gather the research, evidence, and data, both clinical and academic, spanning 140 years, to enable you to notice the signs sooner so that you can make adjustments, whilst also showing you where you are already thriving.
miniBESSI will help you highlight the areas of stress and how it’s impacting you, the causes and the triggers, and will show you all the red flags – where you’re at risk and the impact of that.
You will take a short quiz, which will take only 5-10 minutes. You’ll then receive an instant report in which we’ll tell you whether you are experiencing stress spanning the five different pillars of wellbeing. It will guide you as to the level of stress you’re experiencing and what you can do about it.
